Amana Heatpump and Thermopride Oil Furnace with dual fuel operation. AC condenser stopped running, causing no AC. Replaced defective dual capacitor starting component. Also found restriction in metering device that should be corrected.
Carrier units with leaking drain pans. Found drain trap clogged on 2 of the 4 units. Rinsed all coils, flushed all drapes pans, lines, traps, and condensate pumps. Also replaced all filters.
